Check in was extremely easy - the host reached out early with a code and we let ourselves in when we arrived. The place was large and had a lot of space to spread out and pack/unpack both before and after we did the W trek. The beds were comfy and the showers hot. The place was very clean and we were so happy to have a hot water maker with coffee (instant) and tea provided and a full fridge to store food. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 min walk to the most downtown area of PN. The WiFi was fast. We would come back here in a second - very affordable. As a bonus, the host stored our bags for us for free because we stayed both before an after our trek. She also helped us with a few questions re: taxi/Ubers.

He let us check in early on day 1 after flying overnight to reach Puerto Natales. He also arranged for our excess baggage to be kept safe while on the W-Trek and had put them in the room ready upon return. Quick response via the booking.com chat. The apartment was well equipped - we cooked both nights in the accommodation so the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was also really good - cereal, lots of fruits, yoghurts, juices, tea, coffee, waffles, bacon, eggs, toast - lots of variety. Also great water pressure (for that post trek hair wash!!) - and a hair dryer included.

Located 200 metres from the bus station and 500 metres from La Cruz hill, Apart Hotel Quillango offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi in Punta Arenas. The main square and city centre are 1 km from the property. Comfortable, clean, heating set at a comfortable level, nice breakfast, attentive staff. I noticed wifi was slow, staff promply rearranged router to improve it. Though not in the city center, there are at least two very good restaurants at walking distance. Definitely would return.
