Our room was clean, comfortable, and as described wirh separate living area, kitchen & bathroom. Can recommend and would definitely stay again. Safe & secure. Breakfast items were left in the fridge each day, and we could cook an egg or make a pasta dish for dinner- everything you need is there. Great location as well. Thank you!

The location was perfect for me as everything was walkable, especially for someone without a car. The house was only 4 blocks away from the main plaza and the many restaurants and stores in and around Puerto Natales. The owners, Javier and Zoe, and their support staff (Joaquin and Sra. Kitty) were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Great communication and customer service. They also provide a tour booking service which was very convenient. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. I highly recommend staying at the Magellanic House whenever you are in Puerto Natales.
