An excellent place to stay whilst in Bogota. The location is great and safe. The room is extremely comfortable with excellent facilities. The bed is super comfortable too. Always had instant hot water in the shower. The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast which is a great start to the day. Above all the staff are very caring towards their guests and understand the hospitality industry. I would like to thank all the staff members from the manager to the chef including the cleaners. A special thank you to Carlos and Daniel on reception as they made an extra effort to speak English with me as I don't speak Spanish. They were always courteous and patient. Thank you for a great stay and making me feel welcomed.

I very rarely give a top 10 rating to hotels I've stayed in, but this aparthotel in the center of Bogota is a rare exception. Modern high-rise building with 24-hour security, 24 hour reception, everything is absolutely new, clean. This is a real luxury residential complex with superbly equipped apartments.
