Noise cancelling windows to street were very effective which is necessary in a city.

The location is very close to the center and the whole building has great security. The unit I stayed on even had a washer that allowed me to clean like a week's worth of laundry. And a bigger TV and entertainment than a hotel.

It is not surprising why this property is so high-rated. Easily one of the best places we have ever stayed on a trip. Everything was top-notch. Communication with the owner was very smooth and fast! The place was super clean, and practically everything in the room seemed brand new and previously unused. You could see the detail the owner has put in ensuring everything is in place; our room had an A/C, a smart TV, high-speed wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and a dishwasher with detergents and a sponge for dishes; coffee, tea, can openers, enough toilet paper and bathroom liquid soap, even scissors were available. Short explanatory signs everywhere on what is allowed to be done or used in the room and what is not. A modern elevator present at the back of the building. They even were caring enough to provide an extra level of comfort for my low-back pain issue upon my request. Our room was very quiet and we never even heard if anyone else was staying next to us. The location is very convenient in the sense that a) it is not in the noisy center of the town, but still not that far away (you can even 25-mins walk towards the center but we always took transportation), b) there is a metro station (Jiriho z Podebrad) 5-6 minutes a walk away and tram stops (11, 13) nearby, c) the Zizkov tower (tallest building in Prague) is withing walking distance (5 mins) and a nice alternative if you have nothing better to do, d) the area seems very safe and vibrant with several nice cafes and small restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner (keep in mind most of these close at around 23:00), e) there is a mini market right across the property which stays open till 02:00 everyday for your cravings, f) during our stay there was for a few days a small open-market selling sweets, meat, coffee and vegetables in the Jiriho z Podebrad square, everyone working there was very friendly, keep in mind practically all of them though take cash and not card)
