What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness—he even upgraded our rooms, which was such a generous gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were just as lovely—friendly, attentive, and always greeting us with a smile. You can tell that customer service is a real priority here, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Mr. Mohammed and the entire staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend staying here!

I came with a broken luggage and the took it and repaired it for me. The hotel is so clean, the service is perfect. The location in Dokki is amazing. I highly recommend it
