The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Plage Opera. The aparthotel features family rooms. Great design of this apartment, amenities and location. The team is very caring and did their best for us to feel comfortable and loved. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Nice!

Beautiful recent renovation, secure and quiet. Wonderful private gardens and shared pool area. Convenient to Cannes but just outside of the main shopping area so it is not noisy outside. Alain was a wonderful host providing a great check-in experience, we would have no hesitation to stay again and to recommend to friends & family.

The aparthotel offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Beautiful, modern, spacious and exceptionally clean apartment. Amazing stuff... Isabelle was great! We loved secured, private parking and a beautiful, spacious terrace. Heated swimming pool was just an icing on the cake.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. It is the only hotel in the town. Beautifully designed property. The staff were amazing hugely attentive. The bar was great and the swimming pool was great to relax at.

Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Beautiful place, amazing service! Heated pool! Parking very easy and free. Breakfast very good!! There is a big fridge with nice cold drinks for fair price- system: just help yourself and pay in the end! the service offered by Leon and Monique to drive to the village and back for dinner makes great difference. The whole staying is perfect!! Thank you. Again!!

Villa Léonie is located at the foot of Mont Borron, so if you want to visit Monaco, Saint Jean, Villefrance, Eze, ... by car, you do not have to get into the traffic of Nice, which is also a big advantage.
