Probably one of the best places to stay in the City. Yes, it’s not cheap, but prices in this part of London are always higher. If location is your top priority, this hotel is the best choice — speaking from my last five years of experience. The hotel is new, with stylish and cozy interiors in both the common areas and rooms. The bed is comfortable but has its own specifics: extra built-in drawers and niches add functionality, though those who prefer a classic bed with a canopy or open space underneath might find it unusual. Bed linen is of good quality and pleasant to use. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, though with a shower only and no bathtub. Air conditioning and ventilation work perfectly and quietly — no extra adjustments needed. Lighting is well thought out, with different modes and blackout curtains with an electric drive, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: right in the center, but just a couple of minutes away from the busy streets, so the rooms are quiet. The view from the window is pleasant — you don’t feel like you’re “in a well.” Access is modern and secure, with key-card elevators and automatic doors at the entrance. Breakfast is another highlight: delicious and filling, highly recommended. Staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s worth noting that this is an aparthotel: the room comes with a kitchenette (sink, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge). You can easily cook or reheat food if you wish. Cleaning is not daily but on request, which might be unexpected for some guests. Overall impression: excellent.

Location, balcony, 3 bed apartment was great

Enough space even for bigger group. We especially liked three different bathrooms and long dining table. Short walk to the Underground station so it was easy to move around. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Arrived and found a basket full of necessity breads snacks milk eggs, and much more... The location is amazing, with a great location next to the bus and many attractions and restaurants 😀 deserves a 10!

Everything was perfect during our stay at 15 Basil Street and a huge thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the three bed apartment and it was spectacular! Wouldn’t have changed anything during this trip and it got better with us being at 15 Basil Street !
