Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. A quiet place with a peaceful atmosphere (at least in October) and with a great view of the Black Sea and the city center of Batumi. Great staff. Especially Avto helped me a lot, he’s a great guy. He speaks English fluently. It’s close to Makhinjauri train station. The room and the bathroom was super clean. It’s easy to reach. With taxi you’d pay max 10 laris or you can take the local bus.
