The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. First of all the cleanliness was outstanding. Everything felt fresh and carefully maintained every single day. The breakfast deserves special mention. It was not only delicious but also felt homemade and generous. Truly one of the best I have had in a hotel. The location turned out to be perfect for me. Close to the beach and still peaceful enough to relax so I honestly do not understand why some people found it less ideal. On the first floor there is a shop which is incredibly convenient when you need drinks, snacks or even some hot lunch. The room was bright, and the mattress was excellent and gave me the best sleep I have had in a while. I also really appreciated that this is a family run hotel. You can feel how much care and love they put into making their guests comfortable. The terrace with free tea and coffee was a lovely bonus and everything I needed was within walking distance. The family’s hospitality truly made me feel at home and every detail showed how much they value their guests. Overall I can say with confidence that this hotel is a gem in Batumi and I will definitely stay here again.

It's a clean and comfortable apartment with a balcony. There is also a laundry room which is very handy for extended stays. You can contact the helpful and friendly owner Iko,to take care of any issues. Great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants.It's only about a 5minute walk to beautiful Batumi Boulevard.

Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning

We actually stayed with the neighbors for overflow and they were really incredibly kind and welcoming, one of our best experiences in 3 weeks in Georgia! We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!
