It’s a cute little house with multiple rooms , living area and nice patio. The host Nina was amazing . I felt right at home from day 1. She’s extremely kind and a very genuine person. Also the housekeeper Natalia was really helpful. The property is right next to the city centre (100-200 m away) and is easy to access. Kutaisi airport is 30 minutes away . For people who prefer a quiet neighbourhood this place is fantastic. The rooms are well cleaned and the heating system is spot on. Honestly It’s a steal for the pricing .

Great accommodation in the city center. New and beautiful! Everything is within reach. The young staff will arrange everything, including car rental, trips, or give you advice, and luggage storage is also possible. Everything was done quickly and reliably, plus the best bed in Georgia, just soft and wide! Thanks! Everything you need in the kitchen, plus a nice place to sit on the terrace. We considered many and made a good choice. We wish this place all the best. Thanks, we definitely recommend it!

Excellent accommodation from the two kind hostesses. The room was like a little house with all facilities provided, always warm, with hot water 24/7 and in an excellent location in Kutaisi, 5 min from everything in this little town. The hostess picked us from and drove us back to the airport in time for the pre-agreed price. For its price, it's a no doubt 10/10.
