It’s a cute little house with multiple rooms , living area and nice patio. The host Nina was amazing . I felt right at home from day 1. She’s extremely kind and a very genuine person. Also the housekeeper Natalia was really helpful. The property is right next to the city centre (100-200 m away) and is easy to access. Kutaisi airport is 30 minutes away . For people who prefer a quiet neighbourhood this place is fantastic. The rooms are well cleaned and the heating system is spot on. Honestly It’s a steal for the pricing .

Very nice apartment, clean and comfy, very close to all the sites, great value. The owner is lovely. She doesn't speak English but it was very easy to communicate via translate app. She provided transfer to the airport very early in the morning for reasonable amount as well. Thank you, would definitely stay again.
