Very friendly, nice, pleasant. The room we booked had a small technical issue and Sam immediately tried to sort it out but at the same time, he said for us to be able to enjoy our holiday and to relax he upgraded us to a bigger chalet. We were offered a bottle of wine on the arrival day and wood for the fireplace. Even after we left, because it was very early morning hours (like 5 in the morning), we left the key in the room and leave, he called to ask if everything was ok with the room etc. The location is perfect and with a good distance from Parnassos and Arahova. The whole resort is a beautiful made resort. I think the place deserves a nice restaurant, not only for people staying at the resort but for visitors ine general, because it is so beautiful and within the forest.

The staff were extremely helpful and daily room cleaning with fresh towels was available. They provided daily clean beach towels and water bottles on arrival at the sunbeds that came with the room. We didn't have to go anywhere for our entire stay - we walked to the nearest tavernas, totally doable 25-30mins walk along a coastal road. Beautiful. All the windows had mosquito nets thankfully. The massage was good too. Overall it had wonderful views and style.

We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.
