Towels and bathrobes were fluffy and smelled good, toiletries of good quality, walk in shower, good clothes steamer - all these things definitely add to the comfort. The rooms as well as the whole property were super clean, like really really clean. The service was impeccable. Penny is for sure the gem of the property. Featuring a housekeeping service, this property also provides guests with Wii U. The aparthotel features family rooms. Excellent location right on little Venice! One of the more affordable places we found in that location! Room was good size and the balcony only was nice. The windows are soundproof which we were worried as little Venice can be loud but we didn’t hear a thing. Comfy beds and pillows and Host is very nice, greeted us late at night and took us to our room (it’s easy to get lost in the beautiful little Venice alleyways) so we appreciated that. Daily Cleaning was excellent with fresh towels new bedding also which is rare 10/10 recommend! We will be back

Though food and drinks are not available on site, the ‘wolt’ delivery app has plenty of options at great prices and quick delivery. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely surprise.
