Everything was perfect the hotel was spotless, the location was ideal (close to the beach, shops, and everything you need). The rooftop with its breathtaking view was definitely one of my favorite spots. I stayed in the Terrace Suite, and it was amazing: big, comfortable, and quiet, with just the right amount of outside atmosphere to enjoy. It felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of everything. The reception staff were all incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel at home. And I must highlight Julio he is such a sweet and kind person. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on me and made my stay even more special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. You will love the experience as much as I did!

Location was great, still in the main part of Canggu but little bit hidden, so you have a chance not to be in the chaos of the crowded city. Close to pharmacy, shops, hospital, great restaurants. Hotel and room was very new, clean, modern and well equipped. Great sunset view. Hotel is located close to the famous club, but with the great windows, I didn't hear anything during the night. Personal was exceptional and one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. Always smiling, welcoming, and helpful with everything you need inside and outside of your stay in Aviator and Bali. We love the top-notch hospitality and we thank Adrian for his recommendation of nice restaurants and beach clubs to watch Bali's iconic sunset. We're sincerely grateful for the late check-out since our flight was late at night. We can't wait to be back!
