Everything is in great condition. The bed linen is crisp, white and 100% cotton. The ACs and fans work well. The owner, manager and all the staff were extremely accommodating - an extra thank you to Sunil, the manager, and the staff in the restaurant. The only real concern is the bed is very soft. This would be an issue if you have back problems. The hotel is under going its soft opening so they was slowly working out the details. Overall I had an excellent stay.

The apartment has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a perfect bathroom. The bed linen is clean and odorless. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a quiet village street. I've been to GOA several times - it's the best place! The Linda Hotel offers breakfast, which you can buy upon check-in - breakfast is delivered to the room. We really liked it there, if we have the opportunity, we will come here again. Linda, thank you very much!

The staff were amazing, especially the manager, he helped us so much with information, taxis etc. The location is perfect, it’s very quiet but you are only a few minutes walk away from Patnem beach. The outside space is extremely relaxing and inside the rooms is spacious and beautifully done. We ordered a breakfast from the restaurant facing the resort which was a really nice touch and ensured we made the most out of our outdoor space in the mornings. Thank you for an incredible stay- we did not want to leave!
