This historic building is decorated in a mixture of traditional Sicilian and modern styles, with colourful mosaic walls. The nearest beach club with sun loungers and umbrellas is 15 minutes' away on foot. Its location is perfect - so beautiful and close to fantastic restaurants and cafés. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They accommodated all our needs and made our stay so easy. The breakfast buffet was yummy (and great cappuccinos!)

It was my first trip to Sicily and I truly stayed at one of the most beautiful villas I have come across in a very long time. This property is a jewel in my opinion. The rooms in the villa are uniquely traditional with exposed stone and wood beams and the washroom would appeal to any north American with a comfortable shower. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, elegant and the lighting inside accentuated all of the beautiful stone detail. The property is an oasis. Sitting in the quiet courtyard under pomegranate trees was a beautiful way to start and end your day. What also makes a place are the hosts. Nina, Christina, Claudio and Paula; you made my trip. You made me feel like I was visiting family. I can’t say enough about how much I loved spending time with you in the evenings and early mornings. I will absolutely return and stay for a longer visit very soon!

Boasting a garden, xenia apartments & suite is a recently renovated aparthotel situated in a historic building in the centre of Siracusa, close to Cala Rossa Beach. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features beauty services, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. This was a lovely apartment, in a quiet area of Ortigia but also only 1 minute from the sea. The apartment was extremely clean and well thought out, design and appliance wise. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location, 5 minutes' walk to restaurants and the shopping streets but also very quiet. The sea was 50m away and it was lovely walking along the promenade in the early morning. Lidia and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though a small choice, was perfectly adequate and it was lovely siting outside in the courtyard having your coffee in the morning. Ortigia itself, is a lovely town with some great restaurants, upmarket shops and lots of history. I highly recommend Xenia Apartments and Suites and would definitely stay there again.

At the aparthotel, certain units are equipped with a kettle and chocolates or cookies. We had a very nice stay. The location is very convenient, the appartment is quite comfortable and we appreciated the pool and the garage, really next to the appartment. People were very nice and flexible with us.

It is many times more beautiful in person. Super, super comfortable and clean. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, and three whole bathrooms 🫢, for three girls with long hair...wooow....a dream! where to start...The location couldn't be better, 6-7 minutes walk from the majestic Duomo and the beautiful square of Ortigia. The little streets are just lovely, I couldn't wait to get up and go out on the terrace with a cup of coffee (coffee machine at your disposal) and watch Ortigia wake up. Unbelievable! Three incredibly charming terraces! The bedrooms are super beautiful, comfortable, with lovely bedding As soon as you enter, you can feel the desire of the owner to make his guests feel comfortable. Everywhere smells wonderful. Super professional welcome, with all kinds of recommendations for the city, parking, food, entertainment! On the second floor there is a kitchen with everything you need (we do not cook) , and a huge terrace with a dining table and even two sun beds 🥰... Nothing you need is missing! If the apartment is free, don't think, you might only regret if you don't rent it! Matteo is super responsive and kind! Thank you for the hospitality and the kind gestures you made for us!
