The night I arrived in Tokyo, there was a thunderstorm. The landlord sent a text message of concern and greetings and introduced Japanese tatami. The location of the house is also good. It is very close to Hibiya Station and only more than ten minutes' walk from Sensoji Temple. At the same time, the landlord has a cafe downstairs, and its environment is very warm. Each floor is equipped with a series of facilities such as public washing machines and microwave ovens to meet basic needs. Although the room area is not large, it has basic TV, wifi, smart toilet, table, and refrigerator. If you have any trouble, you can also ask the landlord for help. He is really considerate and enthusiastic. In short, it is very lucky to spend less money on average to book such a room with a superior geographical environment. If I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose here again.

The location was very good, just 4 mins walk to train or metro stations. The room was well equipped and the washing machine was a life saver. Akihabara area was only 12 mins walk so our kids really appreciated this. The room was larger than we expected, sufficient for a family of four. We were out the whole day so we only used it for sleeping. Will definitely recommend!

Fantastic location, quiet but close to Yamanote line for easy transport around Tokyo. Many great restaurants and bars in the area. Clean, spacious room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free coffee in lobby was appreciated! I would definitely return if I happen to be in Tokyo again.

The room was perfect for a family of four as it had sufficient bed space, toilet, and cleaning space, which included a washing machine. There was also a small kitchenet! However, what made the experience exceptional was the kind and friendly staff. They were so helpful in all aspects!
