I had a pleasant stay of 3 nights. The beds and sofa are comfortable enough for good rest. The check in and out were easy and smooth. Internet connect was good.3-4mins walk to subway,19mins/3 stations to Shinjuku.

We booked this stay only a few days in advance, and got a great price. It was by far the largest 'room' we stayed in during our entire trip, with basically a studio apartment plus a bedroom down the hall. The facilities were very nice, with pictures on the wall next to all the control systems showing the english instructions for how to operate them. BIG bath room with a very nice digitally controlled bath. If I had known how nice this place was, I would have stayed here several nights instead of just the one night before our flight out.

Less than 5 min walk to the subway station, less than 3 min to Tokyo Skytree Town, and less than 30 seconds to a 7-11. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had all the necessities and facilities that we needed.

The hotel is in a nice location, nice and clean gym, quiet neighborhood, near the metro station. Loved the comfy bed and the spacious room. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I was celebrating my birthday, and they gave a card and a box of candy which was really thoughtful and kind. Really appreciate it. I also asked the rug to be removed and they were really helpful with that.

The Hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Minowa Station from Hibiya metro line, it's in a convenient and quiet location. It's near Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji temple. Just be aware that there are loeads of soaplands on the same street, though we've never experienced anything bad or had any problems whatsoever, even at late night. It's a small room, but that's to be expected from Tokyo hotels/hostels. We were two relatively overweight travelers but we had no issues with space, including 4 suitcases. Futon mattresses are comfortable, the shower and the bathroom area is clean and neat. They provide everything, including dental hygiene sets as well. The AC works well, you'll need it if you're visiting Tokyo in summer like we did. There's also a paid breakfast service, although we haven't tried it. On the second floor, there's a small shared kitchenette and water dispenser with cold and hot options, as well as a washer and a dryer with clear English instructions. The host is really friendly and helpful Overall, for this price, I feel we couldn't have chosen a better location for the price we paid. I would gladly stay here again!
