The directions were AMAZING - included photos of buildings, how to get from subway platform to apartment --- everything so detailed. the apartment itself was great - clothes washing machine, heater in shower/tub, good size fridge, and a couch large enough to sleep on! Once we figured out to how to use the washing machine (haha) thanks to detailed photos and instructions - we had a great little 'home away from home'. Just a short 3-min walk to subway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was celebrating my birthday, and they gave a card and a box of candy which was really thoughtful and kind. Really appreciate it. I also asked the rug to be removed and they were really helpful with that.

The place itself was sparkling clean, conveniently located to all sorts of things we wanted to do, and a great bargain--especially as a last-minute find! The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, and they sent me a well-written handbook with lockbox instructions, detailed directions to the loction, house info & rules. (in Japanese and English!) Their efforts were very much appreciated.
