Noisy staff from early in the morning until about 10 am then peaceful for the rest of the day.Breakfast was dreadful . Manager and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly.
The hotel is a long walk from anywhere… some motorbikes didn’t know where it is.
Go to Mtwapa beach if you stay here…. It’s lovely

Everything is new and so clean and cared for, the staff is super competent and welcoming. In particular Raphael, Pauline, Francis and the security Johnson, they’re hard workers and smart and kind, they made me feel better than in my own home. They assisted me with everything I needed.
Can’t wait to see it completed with the pool and conference hall!
The bed mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on.
The balconies with the sofas are so breezy and such a cool place to chill within the swahili architecture.
Good food too.

While at Milalana, i liked the general cleanliness of the place,self catering, near town and also Susan is a very welcoming person.The apartments are really comfortable with all the kitchen materials to use.There is stable WIFI.
