I lived in standard room one. cySuites is located at a very safe place.I felt safe during my entire stay.I felt home as i lived with my parents,my mum cooked for us,home made foods,my siblings,nephews and inlaws visited us without any restrictions.The apartment is a walking distance to chandarana supermarket, java coffee house,KFC, and Naivas supermartket.Its easier to also go to Sarit Centre and also to town as there are many modes of transportation. My review will be grouped into departments.I will start with the security department. I loved the fact that from the main gate,you are met with happy faces of the security personels who open the gates and greet you with a smile on their faces,they also ask how one is doing,that showed so much kindness from their end and it made me feel very much welcomed. My second department is Front office, the staffs were also very kind and welcoming; with smiles on their faces thanks alot to them.I forgot the name of one of the front office staff(A man)who took the initiative to show my mum how to use the electric devices in the kitchen and also when I inquired about other rooms because ours was a standard one he took upon himself to show me how a superior room looked like,we went to the room which was vacant and I saw it,it was beautiful with washing machine,a masters bedroom thats the room i will be eyeing for my next stay. My third department was housekeeping,i can never find enough words to thank them for the good work they were doing of cleaning our rooms everyday.The rooms were cleaned on a daily bases and we got 4 bottles of water on a daily bases thank you so so much. I can not forget to mention this, we broke a glass of water and a small white saucer plate,so i took upon myself to report it at the front office for billing,but thanks alot to the entire management as I was told I will not be billed for that as its an accident.

Another great convenience was having access to a laundry machine, which made it easy to do our washing anytime we needed. The only downside was the cleaning on the 13th floor. It seemed that cleaning was only done in the visible areas—while corners, behind doors, and spots near the wall behind the bed had been neglected for some time. Additionally, the cleaner often knocked and entered immediately, sometimes before we could even get up to open the door, which left us feeling a bit uncomfortable about privacy. With some improvement in housekeeping, this would be a near-perfect stay.
