Located a 15-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Studios Floreal offers modern self-catering accommodation, 1.5 km from Nice Old Town.

Each studio offers an equipped kitchenette with electric hotplates, a fridge and microwave. A dining area is provided and there is a flat-screen TV. We had an amazing stay at Rachel’s. The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Great location and very hospitable staff. Breakfast was amazing. However, please note that it’s not a buffet breakfast. The hotel is very nicely decorated!

Situated in Menton, 11 km from Grimaldi Forum Monaco, Résidence Hôtelière Chambord au coeur de Menton - entièrement rénovée offers accommodation with a shared lounge and private parking. The property has sea and mountain views, and is 200 metres from Borrigo Beach. The aparthotel features city views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. It was on great location,very clean and comfy.The balcony was big and have sitting area plus two sun-beds to relax.Staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Situated within less than 1 km of Gazagnaire and 2.5 km of Palais des Festivals de Cannes, Maison Carla Rosa Cannes provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cannes. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Property is very well designed and decorated. All new and everything works perfectly. Small and effective kitchens in the units. Pool is awesome. Very laid back but still sophisticated.

Very clean and daily change of towels + bins, very comfortable beds and pillows, location was amazing 5-8min by car to everything and always avoiding traffic, spacious, free parking, great value for money and price is good compared to other st tropez properties in the area.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the pool area is very nice with comfortable chairs and drink/food service. The staff is super nice and very attentive. Mougins is lovely and it does not get that many tourists, its just the right amount of people that you do not feel awkward but at the same time not run over. You really get to enjoy the atmosphere. Also the breakfast is lovely, you can get eggs, cheese and more savery things made for you by the chef so there is not really anything missing ;)

Located less than 50 metres from the beach and 1 km from Palais des Festivals, Residence Gameau offers self-catering accommodations with a private, furnished terrace and a flat-screen, satellite TV. Free WiFi is provided. This was our second visit to Residence Gameau and it was just as good as we remembered. The studio apartment is very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The delightful owner is on hand to help with any issues (we didn’t have any!) and kindly looked after our luggage on check out day so we could spend some more time in Cannes. It is an idea base to explore the area and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to this lovely part of France.

Several bakeries, shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Our stay at Villa Leonie was unforgettable and we will certainly visit again. The hosts are wonderful, the room is beautiful and comfortable, the garden is magical and the location is really practical. Many thanks to Clemence and her father for their hospitality!
