The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Staff were just so great. Property is central to both promenade and train / team / bus stations to all destinations.

Several bakeries, shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Amazing beautiful old villa in a vintage style, every detail has its own history. Private and gated street of villas. I really enjoyed our room with a garden view and balcony. The paintings and high ceilings- admirable. Our dog was also welcomed with kindness. The location is perfect, it’s close to old town and nearest beach on the rocks (but we loved them). The owner of the villa is very nice and caring.
