The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. The staff were just so friendly, helpful & really made us feel special. They were super accommodating, helped us with all our bags. The unit was super clean and well decorated.

Situated within less than 1 km of Gazagnaire and 2.5 km of Palais des Festivals de Cannes, Maison Carla Rosa Cannes provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cannes. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The Junior Suite was exquisite and spacious. The amenities were up to our expectations. The staff was super friendly and even waited for us with fresh strawberries, wine, and cold water. The pool and the sunbathing area were right in front of our room, and we even had them all for ourselves for two days. The location is really central. We had the greatest time, and we definitely plan on coming back!
