The Location is awesome. Peaceful, quiet, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We even got two fresh coconuts from the garden when we arrived – such a sweet welcome! Thank you so much – we’ll definitely be back!

Washer and dryers and dryers in the building but rarely available as were being primarily used by housekeeping during our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Mario was a super host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Really made our stay in Valladolid very enjoyable.

Staff was helpful. There’s a 500 peso deposit but they returned it readily once they checked the room. We had an early flight and there was someone at the desk at 3 am which was a relief. Air conditioning was great. Keep in mind there is no elevator, so that may be a problem for some people if they are placed on the 3rd floor like us. Good value for the money.
