The host went out of their way to be helpful, making the stay and check in as easy as possible. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended and have rebooked.

The unit was exceptionally clean in a new building. The staff who work at the building were extremely friendly and welcoming, as the owner was always available with quick response on any questions.

The whole place is clean and all essentials are available like blanket, basic cooking appliances and lots of pillows! They also provided complete toiletries and Slippers for every pax. The bathroom is spacious and organized. Plenty of outlet is you're a huge group like ours and a lot of you needs to charge. There's also a provided extension. The balcony is perfect scenery too, and you can even see the drop tower from there. There's also a nearby laundry service and convenience stores, so location wise it's perfect. Walkabale distance to EK and there's also tricycles or shuttle service if you're lazy to walk to the gates. I think the only lacking is a shoe rack especially if there's 5 pax or more.

This was our second time booking the unit, and the recent upgrades have made it even more comfortable and welcoming. Brian, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to address all our questions and requests. His staff even assisted us with our laundry, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself is wonderful, but it's the exceptional hospitality that truly sets Jfam Suites apart. We will definitely return!
