From the moment we walked it the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Showed us around Segras with a map and recommended places to visit and eat. The apartment was way more then we expected. Bed was hard but the staff at check in offered to add a mattress topper if we preferred. In suite laundry was a plus and the unit had a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Lovely balconys were an added bonus. We enjoyed a drink on the balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed some down time there.

We spend few days here with our 3 years old son and it was perfect – great communication, fantastic breakfast, nice room with really comfortable and huge bed. Staff here is amazing – always smiling and nice to us. Thank you very much.

The Vila Luz is a beautiful, peaceful hotel in a lovely seaside setting. One is at the beach or restaurants within a short picturesque walk, approx 10 minutes. We stayed in a studio with a magnificent sea view and enjoyed the option to prepare light meals and enjoy them on our large balcony. On our departure day, we needed to leave before breakfast began. The hotel presented us with a well equipped breakfast basket, which we were able to enjoy before departure. The staff, especially Ilario, were friendly and helpful, making our stay a prefect holiday. The safe in the room, free indoor and outdoor parking, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice each morning were a bonus.

Suites Sunny hill in Moncarapacho provides adults-only accommodation with an open-air bath, a garden and barbecue facilities.

Beautiful, modern, well-appointed studios. Large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, very comfortable bedding. Located in the middle of the countryside near Moncarapacho, the accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a magnificent swimming pool. Very copious breakfast. Very friendly hosts who offer good advice and respect the privacy of their guests.

Genuinely couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The staff were unbelievably responsive via email prior to our stay booked us a taxi, recommended a fantastic local spa and even upgraded our room. When we arrived the apartment was better than expected- it was spotlessly clean and was thoughtfully kitted out with everything we needed. They even have deckchairs, brollies and kids toys to borrow and bring to the beach. You can’t beat the location, it’s right on the beach - the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and listen to music while people watching in the day. There are so many fantastic cafes just below you and two supermarkets a few minutes walk away. The apartment is also well suited for people keen to hike the stunning cliff top trails. The beds were comfy, the apartment was much bigger than expected and the bathroom newly renovated with a brilliant shower. It’s been a while since I’ve felt compelled to write a review but myself and my mum were so delighted with the accommodation and the wonderful staff. We’ve already planned our return and I have a feeling we’ll be visiting this spot year after after. Thank you so much for the perfect stay. We’re both so happy that we discovered you and Pria de Luz.
