The communication with the staff was very fast and efficient. They helped us with our luggage on the last day and answered our parking questions within minutes!

The delicious welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which was also very important to us. The only aspects that could be improved are the quality of the bed linen (it felt quite synthetic to us) and the water supply.
