I didn't stay in this building actually but in another building just up the street owned by the same company. The flat was spacious and nearly brand new with a balcony and roof deck with pool and a view of the ocean. Everything was comfortable and perfect

The apartment was very spacious with a lovely terrace and view to the garden, well equipped with all we need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and maintained apartment, daily housekeeping, Strong wi-fi, very large and comfortable beds, quite and calm. 10 of 10 for the apartment. The area od the gardens and pools are really magnificent, both in day and night, you can't stop wandering around and look everywhere. Very nice view of the sea. The staff in reception always very kind, smiley, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, rich, tasty, varied and fresh with all that you may ask for breakfast buffet. Good location outside the center of Funchal, close to the beach, the Lido and with many restaurants in the In the immediate vicinity. We used Bolt to travel to the center of Funchal or to close restaurants. There is a big supermarket near the complex and it is very convenient. We had a rented car and there was no problem to find parking place outside the hotel. The only downside is that we had only 4 nights and not more. Next time in Madeira, we surely return to the residence, for more nights. Great place for couples and for families with kids in all ages. Again, the areas of the pools and gardens are amazing. The Residence is really highly recommended place for all its components – The Apartment, The staff, the public area, the pools, gardens, the breakfast, the location and the total maintenance and appearance of the resort.

We really appreciated the absolute cleanliness of the room, its convenient location, and the hosts’ attention to detail. The delicious welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which was also very important to us. The only aspects that could be improved are the quality of the bed linen (it felt quite synthetic to us) and the water supply.

Mathias, the host, is exceedingly generous and went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Breakfast is a highlight - a huge variety of options freshly delivered to the apartment every morning including daily local delicacies. The two pools, steam room, outdoor gym and hot tub are so enjoyable that it makes it hard to actually leave to explore Madeira!!

The property has a perfect location, the bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything necessary, and the bathroom was nice and clean. All in all it is a perfect modernly designed and well kept apartment. The host Rui was very friendly and provided me with all the necessary info and more!
