The level of hospitality here is unmatched. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who ensured our room was immaculate but mostly to the front desk team, Bogan and Alice, who welcomed us with smiles, and offered thoughtful recommendations for local attractions, updated our rooms without extra charge (just because they could) and safeguarded our luggage until we returned from a 3 days trip abroad! Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The hotel itself is beautiful, classy with modern amenities, and a cosy, inviting atmosphere, exactly at the centre of the Old Town. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff made us feel like valued guests, not just a room number. They anticipated all of our needs. It’s these personal touches that make all the difference. Kindness and professionalism like Bogan's and Alice's were truly outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, look no further. This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has convenient parking. Online check-in made everything really easy and smooth. The host is easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

A fantastic stay at this newly opened hotel in Bucharest! Everything is brand new, stylish, and spotless. The room was spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and a modern, well-equipped bathroom. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great central location, close to everything, but still peaceful. Perfect choice for both business and leisure. I’ll definitely return!

strongly recommend if you need to stay near the airport. Direct bus, only 2 stations away, easy check-in access by code on phone, very clean, new, everything you need in the room. same quality and comfort you would find at the chain hotels near airport but for half the price

The booking was very easy and the personnel contacted me right away to share all the necessary info. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a studio and everything was perfect. 10 minutes away from the airport. I definitely recommend this place to stay.
