Alyona was our contact on arrival. She was helpful. Apartment is amazing. Modern and clean. Visited as Mother and son. I slept in the large double and it was sooo comfortable. Had I been sharing the bed with someone I'm not sure how the duvet would cover us both. My son said the sofa bed was comfortable too. The location is perfect. Very close to the 100E bus shuttle from/to airport. Bathroom was good size and the shower was clean and very powerful. Milk, water and juice on arrival in fridge. Safe area and fast lift. Our apartment was on the 5th floor.

Location is brilliant. Personnel were very kind, food was good enough, it was clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable, lot of light in the room, mini coffee machine and tea available 24/7. Inner yard is wonderful.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and full of light. Everything in the room was very convenient, and the shower was great. I just wish there were a few more shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.
