Highly recommended place!!! Yusuf and his brother are very friendly and helpful. There isn’t any situation which they can’t solve (airport transfer, trips organizing etc.) we are grateful for their helpful attitude. The place is perfect: comfortable beds, close to the city and the beach, calm and nice area, safe place.

The apartment is very clean. The water pressure is really good. We had the upper apartment with a big balcony where you could just look at the amazing view. The staff is very kind and helpful. We stayed two days more than expected:)

I recently stayed at Aria Riva Hotel in Alanya and had a very positive experience. The hotel has a great location, close to both the city center and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was also very good, both in the rooms and common areas. Overall, my stay at Aria Riva Hotel was very good. I recommend this hotel to others visiting Alanya.

It was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Few minutes walk from the center and 15 min from the beach. The owner Hakan was very helpful and always available to assist. I want to thank all staff of this nice apartment house for their constant support. We would definitely come back next year.

Location was perfect. The hotel was not looking to any road. We could see a swimming pool from our balcony. It took us 3-5 minutes walking to the beach. We had to cross the road and a nice park zone to reach the beach. The hotel was close to the city centre. It was about 5 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. Also this hotel was close to the mountain with an ancient castle on top of it. Funicular was only 3 minutes walking. Port area and the foot of the mountain were at 15-20 minutes walking distance. City theatre and archeological museum were at the next corner of the street. The hotel itself was very cozy. The room was clean and tidy. Furniture was good and clean. Bed was good and comfortable. Even pillows were good. There was a comfortable multifunctional sofa in the sitting area. The kitchen area was equipped with all necessary things. Staff at the reception was mega friendly and helpful. It is pleasure to thank Mr. Alperen, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Sadik for excellent service and friendly atmosphere during our stay.

It’s a great place to stay! Everything is new, very clean and spotless. The unit has all the essentials for comfortable staying. Big plus — dog-friendly with no extra fee. Our dog enjoyed vacation as well as we are. The closest public beach is also nice and comfortable. We’d happily return and recommend!
