This apartment was super nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was perfect for what I needed and reasonably priced. It’s not in the centre but if you have a bit more time in Hanoi or you don’t want to be in the centre this is perfect. And you can easily get around via grab. What made this stay enjoyable was Chloe who welcomed me for the check-in. She was so friendly and gave me the warmest welcome I have received in any of the places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. She was also super helpful and brought me a thicker blanket and some washing powder immediately. I highly recommend you to stay here.

fire place and the size of an apartment is astonishing 🔥located in cay qai but no problem , you just can use GRAB. trust me in hanoi all apartments / hotels are small. this one is enormous and is really fine
