I had asked if they could leave anything in the apartment to wish my partner a happy birthday for our arrival. Was not expecting a birthday cake, towel swans and rose petals. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful.

Location was out of the way, but we liked the peace. There was construction next door, but it was during normal working hours.
