Very comfortable rooms, you have everything in the kitchenette. Great breakfast, fresh products, a bit of variability everyday. Fresh bretzen everyday and the leftovers ones from breakfast are available (for free) for guests! Very good location, couple of minutes walking from the tram and bus. Quite some restaurants and supermarkets in the area. I had booked by mistake for one night less and arrived the night before my booking. Although theoretically fully booked, the staff managed to find a room for me and offered me breakfast for one day. Extremely kind!

Just outside of Munich in Riem a 20 min. S-bahn ride from the main train station. The hotel is 5 min. walk from Riem S-bahn station, the room is excellent, very modern, more like a studio with kitchenette and sink.

I like the simplicity of the Maseven, the facility though not elaborate but it met all my very basic needs from serenity to very decent breakfast, gym facility, cleanliness, welcoming and helpful staff and the hotel/apartment as the case my be was very central to many places and to my conference location.
