Really nice apartment, very close to the centre. We walked with 2 little kids without problems. Parking was very convenient. Communication with Caroline was easy and checking process was easy, although we did miss the entrance the first time and had to go around with the car until we found it. We were staying a bit longer in Rouen and were allowed to leave the car for a bit longer which was very kind of Caroline. Thank you!

This is an absolute gem of a property. The hosts were so nice and helpful, communication was excellent, and the apartment itself is spacious, clean and beautiful. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Just be aware it is on the third floor so you will need to carry your suitcases up some stairs.

It was very clean and well presented with small beautiful touches of French art. Laundry was great to do a wash after one week. Parking was paid on street but we parked 100 meters away for free in a car park

Very pleasant apartment in the direct neighbourhood of the center. Ideal for short stay in the city. Entrance is via a narrow stair 2 floors up, but inside everything what you need is there. Recommended!

Very central in the old city. Like many places in old cities, apartment was accessed by stairs, a consideration if an older couple. Access was good instructions clearly communicated. Kitchen was tight but adequate. Apartment was loft style with toilet downstairs, not ideal for night visits. Generally a quiet area but music festival on our last night that ended about 4.30 am, part of being close to the action.

The flat was spacious, very clean, and adequately equipped for a short stay. Good bedlinen, large bathroom with a great shower. There were thoughtful extras such as coffee filters for the coffee machine. We didn't have time to view the gym or the pool. The secure underground car parking was much appreciated. It's an easy 20 to 30 minute walk to the Cathedral and historic sights, so no.need for a car. We didn't use it, but there's a tram stop nearby.

Very good location near the city centre, with quite a good view onto the Seine. The kitchen is small but allows some self catering. Everything was very clean and tidy. The key collection was straightforward. I travelled by bike and could leave it locked securely within the apartment complex courtyard.

A huge amount of space in the apartment, we'll equipped for a short stay. Very safe parking (but charged at 10 euros "per day" and so a single overnight stay will add 20 euros to the cost).
