Fantastic Holiday with a Sea View and Perfect Comfort! ​Rating: 10/10 ​We had an unforgettable time at the 101a Pettycur Road apartment, and it was simply perfect! All our expectations were exceeded, and we are happy to recommend this property to anyone looking for coziness, cleanliness, and an excellent location. ​Location (9.2/10): The location is unbeatable! It’s only a two-minute walk to the lovely Pettycur Beach. Waking up to the beautiful sea view is a real treat. Plus, it is a very quiet and peaceful area where you can fully relax. The free parking was also a huge bonus. ​Facilities and Comfort (10/10): The apartment itself is a model of comfort and thoughtful design. Inside, we found an immaculately clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished little nest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need—from a dishwasher to a washing machine—making the stay incredibly comfortable, just like being at home. The presence of a woodburning stove adds a special charm and warmth to the evenings. ​Staff/Host Care (10/10): We must specially mention the care and attention of the owners/hosts. They did everything to ensure our holiday was flawless. It is clear that they genuinely care about their guests. ​This is the ideal place for a family holiday, a romantic getaway, or just a reset by the sea. We will definitely be back here again! The best value for money.

This flat was outstanding. In every sense! It was newly renovated and is basically a fully equipped flat giving you the feeling you are truly living in Edinburgh not just visiting. There are lots of parks in the surrounding area which by the way is absolutely gorgeous and quiet. Having a supermarket next door is fantastic as well, connections into the centre are super easy by bus and you get to see lots of beautiful residential areas of Edinburgh as well. The balcony is a brilliant bonus, we enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast and drinks in the evening. There is a gym in the building and the walls are quite thin, but our flat was right at the end of the building so this didn't really bother us much. I can imagine this might different in one of the other two flats. Five star plus from us!

Lovely flat,everything you could need and more.very clean with nice furniture,modern and homely.Only downside was not taking a card to get 10% of next stay as i come here twice a year and I'd certainly stay again.

Spacious and clean apartment with full-equipped kitchen. It was nice that the owner allowed us to drop our luggage and food before checking-in. It was very helpful. Than you very much! This property looks a little far from Edinburgh but it's pretty easy to go by train. Just keep in mind that the train could be cancelled during weekends in case you are going to the airport.
