We felt like miljonairs here. Such a luxurious and spacious place. Enormous balcony. I thought that booking made a mistake because of the low price. We will book it 100% again when we will visit Tbilisi again. Parking included The man of the reception was great, he helped us with finding a great local restaurant.

We really liked the design of the rooms! Big beds, nice bathroom, fully furnished rooms, all possible things you may need without any extra fee (washing machine, dryer, luggage storage with a lock). Contact with the host is also very smooth. The location is also very nice. Many nice caffè, supermarkets, bakeries nearby. Very good place to stay while discovering beautiful Tbilisi! Fully recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at Eva’s Pavaroti. The most important thing about this place was our host Nini. She’s lovely person, very intelligent and fond of her business, we felt literally like our old friend is taking care of us ( Nini took us from the airport, explained everything, answered to our questions). The location of the apartment is absolutely magnificent, it’s placed in the heart of the old Tbilisi and very close to the center. Eva’s Pavaroti place has a lot of history, it’s actually built as a patio neighborhood with a beautiful detailing. The apartment itself is very clean, very stylish, we had everything for our stay with lot of extras(including home made wine). Thank you Nini! We already want to come back.
