Staff super friendly, brand new hotel, nice swimming pool. And very importantly, they don’t provide plastic bottles with water but they use a gallon in the room! I find that a very good initiative.

The location is super strategic, just walking distance to simpang lima. The host is really helpful and always responding to my inquiries ASAP, even through the booking.com message service. Once I accidentally left the access key in the unit, and immediately text the host, then I got prompt response to the solution. Check in process was easy. I arrived at 2.45 pm and I can checked in already even though in the previous conversation with the host I cannot check in early as there was another guest before me. Apparently the cleaning was done faster than the plan yet it's super clean. The kitchen and dining utensils are beyond my expectations because they were not seen on the photos but they are actually stored in the cabinet and really complete for our stay.

I chose this apartment mainly for the rooftop gym with a city view. Adequate equipment but bring own bottle of water and towel as none available. Location is great, though I'd stay at the heart of old town next time, for similarly priced accommodations that are newer or with better condition.
