Location was so good that we could go to where we wanted, beach, restaurants, bus terminal and other tourists' attractions on foot. The home was well equipped with kitchen utensils and provided us with free bottled water, juice, etc. And, another positive was that host was very kind and the room was cleaned very well. We enjoyed our time at this home very much.

-the house is literally on the beach -very clean and modern apartment -well equipped kitchen (all you need is just buy Italian pasta and cook it there :)) -big bathroom (towels avaiable, washing machine and detergents avaiable) -huge terrace -huge backyard with parking spots and barbecue area -we visited in November - it was warm and cosy -very good location 15 min walk from city center -very nice host

The apartment is brand new, situated on the second floor (the other apartment is one floor beneath. It is close to the marina, in a quiet dead-end street. We enjoyed our stay there much. Check-in and communication during our stay were perfect. The neighbourhood seemed very quiet and it is only a small walk to the city‘s centre. The kitchen is well equipped and situated outside of the apartment room, so partially outside, roofed, but depending on the weather a bit windy/rainy. The terrace can be reached through a narrow staircase and offers a really beautiful view.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It's placed almost in the center of lovely Castellamare de Golfo. Few steps down the street and you're in the port surrounded by restarurants/ tavernas. The apartment is well equipped - dishwasher, washing machine, coffie express, fridge, TV, Wifi, air condition in every room... The owner - Vincent - is an excellent guy - very nice and helpful. He greeted us in the apartment, explained everything, described the area, asked about our breakfast preferences, and helped us many times during our stay. Thanks Vincent for your hospitality and kindness!
