I loved everything. When you seek tranquality from the busy roads nd tourist hotspots, that's the place to be! I had a swim in the lake, was able to cook my pasta (Rice free day. . .haha) nd loved the nature nd observing animals. The cabin has been on Air BnB for many years nd is a true hidden treasure. Can imagine that it is also great for families

One of the few places where they honour booking.com price. It's a small place run by a family. Sajeewa is very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty big, so you have a space to store your luggage. It is very clean, no mold, white walls, looks like repainted recently. The AC is new and works well. The bathroom is also new, has a good lightning, hot water. The breakfast was tasty (omelette, bread, butter, roti, fresh juice, tea/coffee etc). The location is quite central if you have a car and very silent. Just a few minutes drive to Sigiriya Rock Foreigners' Entrance. There is a small restaurant and a shop just on the main road, so everything you need is nearby within walking distance.

We had a great stay! We received a warm welcome from the manager and his uncle, which immediately made us feel at home. Although there’s some ongoing construction, it hardly affected our experience (you’re out and about most of the time anyway). The location is perfect, with stunning views over the lush greenery. It’s also just a short walk to countless restaurants, which made going out for dinner super convenient. Every morning we were treated to a different local breakfast, all fresh prepared and served with delicious fresh fruit. The only downside was a sewer smell in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant at times. Aside from that, we truly had a lovely time here and would definitely come back!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. You sleep with birds. The owner and family are very nice and kind. Don't worry about mosquites or spiders, I didnt meet anyone :).

The host is extremely friendly and generous, even gave us his amazing home grown coconuts. The breakfast was abundant and delicious and it was great to have a fridge available on the common terrace. The mosquito nets in the room were also great and very sturdy

I had a wonderful stay there. The property is next to the jungle with a beautiful garden where you can spend hours with watching all kind of different birds. It is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the town but it is so quiet and peaceful there. The family is lovely and they help you with everything you need. The facilities are basic but tidy and need.
