We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! The apartment was super clean and spacious, with a comfortable big room, a cozy bed, and perfectly working air conditioning. Everything felt fresh and relaxing from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shoutout to our host, Krishan, who went above and beyond to help us with arranging taxis and making us feel right at home. Our stay was made even better by thoughtful amenities like tea and Nescafé, which added a nice touch of convenience and comfort. The natural view of paddy field and view of nearby airport were stunning. Our daughter especially loved watching the planes landing and taking off so close. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay that delivered great value for money. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a clean and, comfortable stay.

I stayed here for 4 days, if I say in one word it was amazing for me. Very peaceful environment. Woner is very Friendly and Helpfully,hotel staf also!! i'm happy for all Facilities. আমি এখানে ৪ দিন ছিলাম , যদি এক কথায় বলি তাহলে অসাধারন ছিলো আমার জন্য। অনেক শান্ত পরিবেশ। বাসার মালিক এবং স্টাফ খুবই বন্ধু সুলভ ,এবং আমার মত বাংলাদেশী ভাষা জানা সবার জন্য বাংলায় কথা বলা সুযোগ আছে হোটেল মালিক বাংলা কথা বলতে পারে , রান্না করে খাওয়া যাবে ,ওয়াশিং মেশিন সহ অনেক বড় তেরাস রয়েছে অসাধারন। আপনারা এই এপার্টমেন্টে যেতে পারেন!!

A brand new hotel, tastefully decorated to a high standard, clean rooms (and bathrooms!) and a very warm and helpful owner. Not only did he give us valuable tips, he even drove us to the airport. In addition to normal rooms, there are also small apartments for a longer visit. The beach can be reached quickly by TukTuk, as can shopping and restaurants.

I was in Sri Lanka for 47 days and this was our last accommodation. Without a doubt it was the best of all. Incredible the cleanliness and the modernity of the facilities I felt at home. You have an apartment for yourself with kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, it's perfect! Thanks to the family in charge for everything and I hope you can continue with this since it is very pleasant to find these experiences and the breakfast is also 10/10. It may be a little far from Negombo but with pick me a tuk tuk makes everything easier.
