Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were upgraded and ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment which was great. Coffee machine and washing machine + dryer in rooms. Bottled water and little snacks provided in room. Convenient location, close to metro and tram. They held our luggage for a few hours after check out.

We had a great time staying in apartment F. The hospitality was incredibly welcoming and Mario assisted with anything we asked for. The apartment was well equipped and super clean, with lots of fresh towel each day. The location is right at the heart of Amsterdam with 6-7 minutes walk to the dam square. I'm deeply and warmly happy and thankful I found this place, the zone was quite peaceful and was well connected to the city centre. The hospitality shown to us won't be forgotten either. The location was great, on a quiet streat but east to get to the centre of the city by metro. At felt like a part of Amsterdam where locals live rather than somewhere full of tourists. The host left a great selection of food and drinks - great chocolate, bread, milk, juice and good coffee!
