I had the pleasure of staying at Boudha Apart Hotel in Kathmandu for over a year, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Michael & Pema, along with their little son, became like family to me during my stay. The warmth and kindness they showed made my time there unforgettable. The hotel itself is incredibly well-maintained, with spotless rooms that are comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is evident. I always felt at ease, knowing I was staying in such a well-kept space. Not to mention that the homemade food, was always fresh, delicious, and healthy. The hotel is conveniently located near the iconic Buddha Stupa, but it's nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Ramhiti, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. This makes it the perfect balance—close enough to explore the Stupa and the city, yet far enough to enjoy a calm, quiet environment. The friendly local community around the hotel adds to the charm, making you feel like part of a real neighborhood. Overall, I can't recommend Boudha Apart Hotel enough. Whether you're staying for a short time or a longer period, you'll find a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, warmth, and a personal touch in a great location, this is the perfect spot in Kathmandu. Thank you Michael & Pema ❤️🙏

I really enjoyed my stay here. The Wi-Fi is super fast, which I appreciated. The area is calm, yet you're very close to the Stuppa and some restaurants. Daniel and Noor are very responsive hosts, and that made a big difference. I would definitely stay here again.

Lemon Tree Apartment is truly one of the best places to stay in Kathmandu. I had a very pleasant stay—everything was clean and well-maintained. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful, even providing me with useful travel information. The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area, and a local shopping market is just a short walk away. I was able to buy fresh vegetables, fruits, and groceries at very affordable prices, which I then easily cooked in the apartment’s fully equipped kitchen. Local transportation is easily accessible, and there are also options for online car or bike rentals. I had my own car, and parking was conveniently available at the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. Whenever I return to Kathmandu, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Very kind and helpful hosts, cozy family environment, well-equipped rooms and kitchen, beautiful views. The apartment is a 25-minute walk from the Boudhanath Stupa, in the neighborhood there are stores and restaurants. We would love to return!

The place is super homely and also private. The kitchen had oil, some spices & vegtables, it is fully equipped. The host is polite and very helpful at any time. During my stay i pulled a muskle and he immediately offered me a ride to the hospital and cooked breakfast the next morning as i could not walk. The place has good wifi and a nice view on the hills from the roof.

We loved the location, close to the Stupa, the kitchen where we even had spices, oil, etc. utensils and could cook, the large rooms and the wonderful and helpful host. We were just two for the three bedrooms - but this is a great place for larger families or group of friends. Very comfortable, with balconies and an extra toilet outside the apartment. No AC but not really needed

Nice place with nice people!! Apartments are big and clean with everything one needs. From the rooftop one can see Boudhanat Stupa which is just 10 minutes walk away. On clear weather you can also see some montainpeeks. I will come again!
