I booked a two bed rooms apartment and it was very clean and daily cleaning service was great. All what the family needs was available. The whole building is in new condition and found clean at all times.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We would especially like to highlight the staff, above all Khalid. Communication was very quick and uncomplicated, even though we booked spontaneously just one hour before arrival. The location of the accommodation is excellent – everything is within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay at Rateel Hotel Apartments. The property is well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more pleasant. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and city facilities. Okay so the apartment is HUGE! I was by myself and could fit 5 people in there haha I love it so much. Location is awesome, there are restaurants, mall, mcdonalds, pizza place, grocery store within walking distance. Extra points for the staff, everybody was so helpful and friendly.

Check in was easy. Payment is possible by card. The apartment was clean and ready to live. Bed sheet and towels were fresh and clean. It was good to have a small kitchen there, we used it to cook the breakfast. Because there are no good restaurants around (mainly Indian small shops and cafe). Keep the water tank always on (heating), otherwise your shower will be with cold water only. Upon check in it was VERY storng smell of bukhoor in the room, that is how the place is greeting the guests. Comparing to other apartments in Salalah - this place is very nice.
