Mustafa met us as we arrived and spent half an hour showing us the panoramic views of the neighbourhood and explaining the layout of Izmir. He then gave us lots of information about places to visit and eat at. An exceptional history and a lovely large property.

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. All the listed facilities and amenities were readily available, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and kind. They went out of their way to suggest wonderful places to visit—especially for delicious local food—and provided us with detailed directions and route guidance to make our sightseeing easy and enjoyable. They also have a lovely, friendly cat who made our stay even more delightful. One of the highlights was their beautiful terrace, which offers a stunning view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. We were also treated to a delicious homemade breakfast that added a personal and memorable touch to our experience. Overall, our stay far exceeded expectations, and we would happily return to stay with Erhan and his family again.

Wonderful Stay at a Perfect Location! Our stay was fantastic. Situated in the city center with a lovely sea view, the house was equipped with everything we needed. The tram stop nearby made it easy to explore the city without using our car. The air conditioner kept the house perfectly cool, ideal for our family. The hotel rooms and amenities were top notch. Everything in the room worked and the setup was great. They offer to park your vehicle for you which is great if you have one because driving in Izmir is daunting if you aren't used to heavily populated Turkish cities. Breakfast served in your room is a great idea (not room service) as it allows you to have your breakfast in peace and prep for the day at your own pace and without distractions. Ordering in from the multitude of menus provided is also really good. If you can't speak Turkish, I suggest you decide on what you want, then someone can go to reception and ask the manager on duty to order for you.
