At the aparthotel, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. - right next to the Imperial Palace and with a view of St Jacob Church, easy and short walk to the town center - a few minutes walk to the bus lines to Patscherkofel and Crystal Worlds - kitchen is fully functional, with dish washing sponges and a vegetable peeler (if i remember correctly), which other fully stocked kitchens may not have - all in all, a very comfortable apartment - it is self check in but our reservation couldn't be found. we picked up the phone next to the check in station and it is a real person! we ended up walking to the main hotel to get our key cards. Easy access to a real person during checking in, i want to add ten points!

Very convenient if you arrive by train. The wonderful apartment is extraordinary clean and tastefully furnished, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is especially supportive. We were allowed to ckeck-in earlier as usual due to an urgent visit in the hospital. THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED! We will definitely come back.
