From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the magnificent panoramic views—snow-capped peaks, lush medows, and the peaceful beauty of grazing sheep. Waking up each morning to such a view felt like something out of a postcard. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious. The rooms were bright and airy, with large windows that brought the mountain landscape indoors. One of the standout features was the absolute peace and quiet. Despite being just a short distance from Sölden’s lively center, the apartment is perfect for a restful holiday. No traffic noise, no crowds—just the gentle sounds of nature and the occasional cowbell echoing from the hills. The apartment was well equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The beds were cozy and wide. We really appreciated the higher number of towels provided in the apartment compared to what is usually offered in hotels. An undeniable advantage is the cable car access right at the building's doorstep -> easy trips to the lively center.

It has everything you need to be comfortable and was conveniently located next to the ski bus and within walking distance to all the services in Oetz. Additionally, Christian went out of his way to help us when we had an unexpected emergency, which made everything easier to manage. We are so grateful and excited to stay here again.

Luxurious apartments, modern, stylish, gorgeous views of the mountains, everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, every room has a TV, every bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need and even more... The house and apartments are very clean.. The house has its own parking lot, there is a charging station for electric vehicles... The house has everything, a drying room for skis, a technical room with a washing and drying machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron... This three-story house even has an elevator.. We rented an apartment for Christmas, and upon arrival at the apartment we were surprised with a bottle of wine and sweets, it was very nice... The owner was very attentive, sociable and friendly, he told us everything, showed us everything, helped us with everything... We really liked it apartment, I recommend it to everyone...
