Bed was clean and comfortable and there were clean towels waiting for us. As a bonus it was pretty cheap, in a nice location and modern looking. Will definitely stay again if ever visiting Budapest more!

Belgrade city centrum can be reached by bus (15), bus stops 2 minutes walk from the hotel. You are in downtown BG within 20 minutes. I would prefer staying in Zemun over Belgrade anytime due to the traffic and parking in Belgrade and this hotel has everything you need including an own parking spot.
