The location is also excellent, perfectly positioned between some of Austria’s most beautiful cities: • Just a short drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, • Close to Salzburg and Innsbruck, • And easily accessible from Munich. A special mention to the lady in charge of the villa and her husband — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They didn’t restrict us to the official checkout time and made everything easy and pleasant, which added a warm personal touch to our stay. I spent five unforgettable nights at Villa Himms — surrounded by beauty, comfort, and absolute peace. In short, Villa Himms is the perfect choice for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, nature, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Austria.
